Signing up here couldn’t be simpler. Just click (here) or on “Contact” above and send us a message. Give us your name, email address and the name of your Practice. We will reply within 24 hours with your user name and password.
If you have recently been a client of ours through your current or previous PHO, membership will be FREE for the remainder of this year. For new clients there is a small annual fee of just $600 (plus GST).
But of course, you want to know what you get for all that money……….
- Free unlimited use of our online Register Analysis tool. Upload your register file; get an immediate analysis of any problems or queries that need investigating; delete the file. We keep no records of your patient data, ever. We don’t need any access to your system, and it makes no difference to us what Practice Management Software you use!
- Free advice on all or any patient register matters at any time, by phone or email, general or specific, and no question is ever too big or too small.
- Training for yourself or your staff at specially reduced rates, at times and places that suit you.
- Regular newsletters updating you on register related news and any other information we think will help you manage your Practice.
- We will add other services here just for members, as there is demand, so do let us know if there is anything in particular you would find useful. For example, we have just added our PHO Calendar, to help keep you aware of when things need to be done.
